The requirement is that budgets be presented to you for your approval at the commencement and you require that these budgets show small surpluses, because by the year's end they inevitably have been used up. Each contract stands alone, but now you think you can break contracts and use stand-over tactics to get your way. Eskleigh Nursing Home is the ONLY facility of its size and kind in Tasmania, and has served the community with considerable dignity for 65 years. Please respect Eskleigh and stop using it for your own short-sighted political gain.
